In the heart of Lagos, Nigeria, in collaboration with enthusiastic Givaudan volunteers and a dedicated partner organisation, we embarked on a mission to equip visually impaired individuals with the skills needed to create and market fragrance products such as soaps or room perfumes

As we celebrate a decade of commitment, we supported over 100 projects across 30 countries, making a positive difference in the lives of more than 300,000 individuals. This has been made possible through valuable collaborations with more than 100 partner organisations and the dedication of over 1,900 committed Givaudan volunteers. Read the full story now !

The women collecting the ylang-ylang flowers play a key role in producing its precious oil. But this activity is restricted to a few months per year and other employment options are limited. In contrast, there are many business opportunities in the agricultural and village context. This article highlights how the Givaudan Foundation supports women picking ylang-ylang flowers to learn the skills to succeed as entrepreneurs in Moheli, Comoros Islands. 

Supported by the Givaudan Foundation,  a group of Givaudan Milton Keynes employees (United Kingdom) conducted an initiative to provide nutritionally balanced meals to people attending a local food bank.
